  • Rehabilitation Support Worker (RSW)

    Location: Greater Sudbury 

    Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Unionized


    The Rehabilitation Support Worker (RSW) provides vital assistance to adults living with physical disabilities, post-stroke conditions, and seniors in achieving greater independence. The RSW works closely with clients to support their goals in daily living activities, personal care, and rehabilitation and delivers engaging programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being for clients.


    What We’re Looking For


    • Post-secondary education in Recreation Therapy, Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy Assistant, Health Promotion, or a related field

    • Experience working with adults living with physical disabilities or post stroke conditions (preferred)

    • Strong group facilitation skills

  • Physiotherapist

    Location: Greater Sudbury 

    Type: Permanent, 40 hours/month


    ICAN is currently seeking a Registered Physiotherapist to join our team in a permanent role, approximately 40 hours per month. The Physiotherapist will provide client-centered rehabilitation services within ICAN’s supportive housing and community-based programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-directed, experienced professional seeking flexibility and purpose-driven work in a collaborative environment.


    What We’re Looking For: 


    • Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

    • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience perferred

    • Experience working with clients with physical disabilities and/or post-stroke conditions is an asset
