ICAN-CERD offers a four-bedroom apartment that offers temporary accommodation to individuals with disabilities. The cost is $45.00 per day, plus $24.50 per hour for attendant care services. Staff are available, on a 24 hour basis, to homemaking and other activities associated with independent living.
Personal support services may be provided if the individual has third party funding or is able to arrange for alternative supports to be available to come in to the ICAN respite unit.

For a modest daily fee the Respite unit offers:
- Emergency call system in each room
- Private bedrooms
- Spacious laundry facilities
- Two bathrooms, wheel-in shower, and accessible bathtub
- Food services included
- A modern attractively furnished four-bedroom suite
